A Total Resource Campaign is a proven program to dramatically increase revenues, grow membership and develop organization leadership. A Total Resource Campaign markets sponsorships of the organization's programs, events, publications and electronic media as well as recruits new members. In an organized few weeks, volunteers raise the funding of your programs for the entire year. Each campaign is organized with a Campaign Chair, a Campaign Cabinet and teams with Team Captains. Each volunteer level recruits the next. These volunteers are paid an incentive to competitively sell memberships and sponsorships for the upcoming year's events, publications, programs and electronic media to the business community.
Recognition and fun campaign events provide an exciting environment for all your volunteers. As the volunteers work to achieve the campaign goal, they also work towards their personal goals, including a group trip for the significant producers. Everyone wins! The organization gains members, funding, leadership and greater community awareness. The volunteer receives incentives, recognition, greater awareness of programs and networking with community leaders. The members increase their business and community awareness by marketing through your programs and products. And, the entire community benefits by accelerated growth created by successful well-funded programs. The Total Resource Campaign provides a mechanism to streamline and organize your organization's method of receiving your member's financial support and involvement.
Mickey Thompson announces Roger Flippo with Flippo Insurance as Chairman of the Chamber's first annual Total Resource Campaign. This 8-week revenue generating effort kicks off on September 23, 2008 and will end by November 18, 2008. The Total Resource Campaign will create more than 15 teams of volunteers under the leadership of three Vice Chairs: Rapheal Jacob, Miracle in the Womb; LaTonya Cundiff, SpiritBank; LaTaunya Williams, Arkansas Valley State Bank.
These Vice Chairs recruit volunteers to market sponsorships to Chamber events and publications, while also seeking new members for the Chamber. The all-volunteer Campaign consists of more than 300 sponsorships available during the Campaign. Volunteers assist companies with choosing options best suited to meet the organization's marketing needs.
"The TRC offers excellent exposure for companies both at the Chamber's events and within our signature publications," said Charles Buxton, Chairman of Board. Teams are currently forming for the campaign.
"The Campaign is a great way for volunteers to meet our area's top community leaders and business owners while working directly with many of the Chamber's most dedicated leadership," suggested Roger Flippo "so call Kathy Reynolds, the Chamber's Vice President of Programs at 251-1518 to take advantage of this great opportunity to get involved."
